No I hadn’t heard of ‘one-er’ before. I guess it’s just an English thing. I suppose we’ll start seeing (or should I say, hearing?) it turn up in British TV shows, sooner or later.

I have heard the expression “fat” before, but only in conection with rap music.

Language is a great thing and I wish more people enjoyed it to a greater degree and expanded their vocabularies. There are so many fantastic words out there that we just don’t hear often enough.

I love that expression. Apart from the adventures that make me lose weight through the anxiety of what’s coming next… I love the language. That’s my new word.

Have you heard of things being called ‘fat’, as in ‘yo man, that’s fat’?
Apparently it means cool or good.

Another one that I came across the other day was a ‘one-er’ as in one the number. It means £100.00. Boy, I must be getting old. SOOOO out of touch.

Glad I could put a smile on your face in Germany. I drew the frame of the animation in Illustrator and then I put it together in Image Ready (a sub-program of Photoshop). It’s pretty easy to do and if I’m ever in Slovenia I’ll show you how.
