  1. That, my friend, is one incredible shot. Not a single sign of modernity on the landscape. The colours are stunning. This sort of scene proves that the world is a beautiful place, if you know where to look.

I’m always on the lookout for strong colour. Most cameras flatten the colours but they can be brought back to what it looked like with the eye with Photoshop.

Thanks maaaate! The world can be so beautiful but sometimes we have to take the time to stop and look.

No adventure, only road works and then we thought we may as well travel down some more small roads out in the middle of nowhere. Uclés is in La Mancha and as I drove, Engogirl read Don Quixote to me. It was all so apt.

The colours were so rich and saturated that they almost looked wet. It was all so amazing that I had to stop and take some shots. And yes it was well worth the detour.
